Reiki supports and accelerates our body's own natural ability to heal itself, usually relieving pain and other symptoms, whilst helping our body to clear itself of toxins. It encourages a sense of well-being and wholeness. Reiki also helps to make us more aware of our body's real needs, such as better nutrition or more exercise.
Reiki inspires us to examine our emotional responses, encouraging us to let go of negative emotions such as anger or bitterness. It promotes the qualities of loving, kind-heartedness, sharing, trusting, and thoughtfulness.
Reiki leads to a state of deep relaxation, with the resultant release of stress and tension. It allows us to let go of negative thoughts, ideas and viewpoints, replacing them with peace and calm. It can also enhance our natural abilities and encourages us to develop our personal skills through greater self awareness.
Reiki helps us to accept and love ourselves. It promotes the qualities of love, understanding and acceptance, and encourages us on our individual path towards personal growth and development.
